Morristown Utility Systems Levelized Billing Payment Agreement

We look forward to providing service to your home or business. For us to better assist you, please fill out the designated form.

I hereby request the Morristown Utility Systems to bill me in accordance with the Rules and Regulations covering Levelized Billing Payments beginning with the next meter reading and to be continued thereafter until cancelled. This plan is payment for all of my utility services from Morristown Utility Systems, but does not include a conservation loan from TVA if payments are being made on a loan.

I understand there are to be no Pre-Payments or Partial Payments and my monthly payment should be made by NET DUE DATE or within the day allowed for late payment.

I further understand that if payment has not been received by Morristown Utility Systems within the time allotted for late payment my account will be removed from the Levelized Billing Plan and any accumulated balance will be added to the current bill and payable immediately.
